Per Session

No commitment and schedule at any time. Each session is 45 minutes and includes an additional 15 minutes of warm up and cool down.


Initial Consultation

This is a 1 hour period where we asses all of your needs and goals for the following sessions. We'll see where your strengths and weaknesses are and work out a nutrition plan tailored to your needs.
